What's inside

Three nights. Three shifts.

Each night meets a real fear head on, and each one changes how you see yourself in this work.

Night One · The Foundation

From quick fix to sincere practice

The fears we meet: Will this fix me? Is it safe? Is a mushroom church just a loophole? Will I lose my faith?

Inside: your reason under the reason, safety and contraindications, why one ceremony is never a fix, your sovereignty, and how a sincere, documented practice is protected under RFRA.

“You are the author of your own practice.” Eric

Who you become: you arrive curious, maybe keeping it quiet. You leave with a practice that is sincere, sovereign and yours, held by a community walking it with you.

Night Two · Ceremony

From expecting a show to trusting the process

The fears we meet: What if my body shakes or purges? What if it goes dark? What if it looks nothing like my intention? Should I sit alone or with a group?

Inside: what really happens in ceremony, intention versus expectation, set and setting, preparing in the weeks before, solo versus group, and integration.

“The greatest value of the ceremony work is entirely what we do with it afterwards.” Eric

Who you become: you stop waiting for the movie version and the instant cure. You prepare with care, trust what unfolds, and know the real change takes months, not minutes.

Night Three · Beyond the Mind

From fear of the unseen to grounded discernment

The fears we meet: What if I meet an entity? Do I have to believe something new? What if I lose my grip, or feel like I won't come back?

Inside: the ancient lineage of this work, entities and ancestors held with an open mind, red flags and real discernment, grounding practices, and what to do when it feels like too much.

“I am agnostic on my own experiences.” Eric

Who you become: you meet the unseen with curiosity instead of panic. You keep your sovereignty, spot the red flags, and stay grounded in your breath, your body, the earth and your community.

We can't wait to share it with you.

With love, Courtney & Eric
